Lauren Morgan

Lauren Morgan has a diverse work experience in the publishing industry. Lauren currently works at Adam Matthew Digital as the Deputy Head of Production, a role they started in September 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of Production (maternity) from August 2021 to September 2022, where they were responsible for the successful production of new products and leading a production department. Before that, they held the position of Senior Publishing Manager from July 2019 to August 2021 and Publishing Manager from August 2014 to July 2019 at the same company. Lauren's earlier roles include Editor, Assistant Editor, and Editorial Assistant, spanning from April 2013 to September 2012 at Adam Matthew Digital.

Prior to their roles at Adam Matthew Digital, Lauren worked as an Assessment Operations Officer at International Baccalaureate from February 2010 to July 2011. Lauren also worked as a Freelance Proofreader at APECS Press from September 2009 to March 2011, where they proofread manuscripts and made corrections prior to printing.

Lauren Morgan completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Literature and American Studies from Swansea University, with a timeframe spanning from 2005 to 2008. Lauren then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in English Literature: Gender and Culture from the same university, completing it between 2008 and 2009.
