Georgina Varley

Georgina Varley is a seasoned finance and legal professional with extensive experience in investment management and corporate finance. As the Managing Director at Adamantem Capital since August 2018, Georgina brings a wealth of expertise gained from prior roles including Panel Member at the Australian Takeovers Panel and Chair of the Diversity Committee at the Australian Investment Council. Previous positions include Investment Director at both Archer Capital and Arowana, as well as Senior Manager at Macquarie Group. Georgina's early career included legal roles at Linklaters and Allens Arthur Robinson, along with experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers in corporate finance. Georgina holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws with Honors from the University of Sydney and furthered education at The University of Texas at Austin.
