Jack Birtwhistle is an accomplished performance specialist currently serving as Performance Manager for Team Vitality and Performance Coach for Adamas Esports, leading the CS2 High Performance Program. Birtwhistle founded Jack Birtwhistle Performance Coaching in 2019 and previously held roles including Mental Skills Coach for Harlequins and Performance Skills Coach for Connacht Rugby. With a Master’s in Performance Psychology from The University of Edinburgh and dual Bachelor's degrees in Commerce and Psychology from The Australian National University, Birtwhistle has a strong foundation in leadership, team dynamics, and stress management. Prior experience includes key management positions at ANU Sport, overseeing strategic development and program delivery.
