Anthony Perry serves as the Finance Director at the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission since July 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure as Chief Financial Officer at the Ohio Department of Health, where responsibilities encompassed directing the Office of Financial Affairs and overseeing a nearly $1 billion budget, federal grants, and Medicaid Administrative Claiming. Prior roles at the Ohio Department of Health included Assistant CFO and Budget Chief, managing significant annual budgets and responding to financial challenges, including federal shutdowns and the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. Earlier experience includes positions at the Ohio Office of Budget and Management and as a National Network for Environmental Management Studies Fellow at the U.S. EPA. Anthony Perry holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Macalester College.
