Karol Bandura

Karol Bandura has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Karol started their career at Skanska in 2006 and held various roles, including Team Leader and Business Support Manager, where they coordinated project teams and ensured smooth information flow. Karol also served as a Lawyer, providing comprehensive legal support for construction projects. In 2018, they became the Building Branch Leader at Skanska, where they were responsible for acquiring new projects and implementing sales strategies. After leaving Skanska in 2019, they joined KARMAR S.A. as the Commercial Director. Since 2020, Karol has been working at Adamietz Sp. z o.o. as the Head of Business Development.

Karol Bandura received a Magister (Mgr) degree in Prawo (Law) from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu.
