Dr Bakht Jamal Shaikh

Dr. Bakht Jamal Shaikh possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Director/Advisor to the CEO (Technical) and Director Operations and Legal at Adamjee Life Assurance Co. Ltd since November 2019. Responsibilities include overseeing underwriting, group pricing, reinsurance, claims, and legal projects, with notable accomplishments in implementing CIAR 2020 and Unit Linked regulations. Previously, Dr. Shaikh held key roles including Head of Window Takaful Operations at both IGI Life Insurance Limited and Dawood Family Takaful Limited, where expertise in operational synergy and regulatory compliance was demonstrated.
