Hadi Syed has over 20 years of experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Hadi currently serves as the Zonal Sales Head at Adamjee Life Assurance Co. Ltd since 2021. Previously, they worked at HBL - Habib Bank Limited as a Senior Manager / Senior Vice President from 2016 to 2020. Hadi also held the position of Senior Manager Channel Development & Management at Adamjee Life Assurance Co. Ltd from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, Hadi was the Head of Sales & Marketing at HRL from 2011 to 2014 and the General Manager Sales and Marketing at GR8-Holding LLC from 2009 to 2010. Hadi has also worked at Standard Chartered Bank as a Senior Manager Wealth Management Priority Banking/Vice President from 2006 to 2008, at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as a Business Manager from 2002 to 2006, and at Oracle as a Manager Corporate Sales from 2000 to 2002.

Hadi Syed, PMP has a diverse education background in various fields. Hadi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business & Marketing from Harvard University. Hadi also completed a Master's Degree in Management & Computer Sciences from the University of Iowa. Hadi obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of South Asia, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Application Software/DBMS/Software Engineering from the same institution. In addition, Hadi earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Mass Communications from the University of the Punjab.

Hadi has also acquired several certifications to enhance their professional expertise. Hadi completed certifications in Agency Distribution Management and Banca Takaful Training from Adamjee Life Academy, as well as certifications in Bancassurance and Bank Operations from Standard Chartered Bank. Hadi also obtained certifications in Business Management from LUMS and CRM from Microsoft. Hadi further holds certifications in Certified Financial Advisor and Certified Global Wealth Manager from Adamjee Life Academy and Standard Chartered Bank PLC, respectively.
