Stacey Willey

Stacey Willey, MBA, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a focus on business partnering and leadership roles. Stacey is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Adamo Security Group since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Human Resource Business Partner at Cubic Corporation from April 2021 to November 2021.

Stacey also gained significant experience at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, where they held the positions of Senior Human Resource Business Partner from February 2016 to August 2020, and Human Resource Business Partner from May 2010 to February 2016.

In addition to their corporate experience, Stacey worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Massachusetts Global from August 2013 to January 2020. Stacey also served as the Director of Human Resources at Newport Specialty Hospital from November 2009 to May 2010 and at Kansas Rehabilitation Hospital from May 2007 to July 2008.

Stacey Willey, MBA, has a diverse education history spanning over two decades. Stacey completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Friends University in 2000. Stacey continued their academic journey by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business and Human Resources at Webster University. Stacey successfully completed their MBA in 2012, further enhancing their knowledge and expertise in the field.
