Marta Cwalina-Florczyk

Marta Cwalina-Florczyk has extensive experience in the logistics and cargo industry, currently serving as Zastępca Dyrektora Departamentu Cargo at Adampol S.A. since February 2012. In this role, Marta has held various positions including Head of General Cargo Sales Department, Cargo Road Transport and Forwarding Manager, Manager of Cargo Division, and Sales Support Manager. Prior to joining Adampol S.A., Marta worked as a Junior Office Manager at Swiftway for a brief period in 2010. Marta holds a master's degree in Economics and a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Uniwersytet w Białymstoku, as well as further education from Kozminski University between 2017 and 2018.
