Carlos Mario Rodriguez Lara has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Carlos Mario began their career at the University of South Florida as a Technical Support Engineer, providing technical support for laboratory equipment and computer systems. Carlos Mario then moved on to Transitions Optical, where they worked as a Process and Equipment Development Engineer, Global Vision Systems Engineer, and Global Platform Development Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for investigating new technologies, designing equipment, and optimizing the manufacturing process across multiple plants. Most recently, Carlos worked at Adams as an Automation & Controls Implementation Manager, Director of Engineering - Automation, and currently as the Vice President of Engineering. In their current role, they focus on increasing customer competitiveness through increased productivity and profitability, as well as developing new product and service capabilities for the company.
Carlos Mario Rodriguez Lara has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida. Carlos Mario also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from Universidad del Norte.
