Chad Somers

Chad Somers is an experienced executive with a strong background in operational leadership and business management. Currently serving as Principal and COO at Adams Brown since June 2019, Chad previously held the role of President & CEO at Benefit Management LLC from November 2002 to September 2017, where revenue growth was consistently achieved at double-digit rates. With expertise in overseeing $1 billion annual transactions, Chad cultivated a productive culture and managed a staff of 110 employees across various functions including operations, finance, and client services. Prior roles include Liquid Systems Segment Manager at Shick USA, where full P&L responsibility was held, and Manager of Corporate Manufacturing at Conagra Brands, where initial engineering skills led to significant process improvements. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Milling Science & Management from Kansas State University.
