Dean Long

Dean Long is currently the warehouse manager at Adams Cable Equipment. Prior to this, they worked as an operations supervisor at Whidbey Telecom from May 2017 to March 2020. There, they were responsible for contract management, fleet management, safety, project management, logistical management, property management, and budgeting. Dean also provided back-up support for the telecommunications engineering department.

Dean has a proven track record of success in managing various operations. Dean successfully developed and implemented a fleet revitalization program that reduced the average fleet age from 28 years to 9 years. Dean also decreased the average fuel consumption by 45%. In addition, they developed and implemented a safety training program for 37 full-time employees and 18 contract personnel.

Under Dean's property management, the company-owned rental properties and public storage facility saw an increase in annual revenues of 210%. Dean is on track to increasing this number by 300% in the next six months. Lastly, they created and managed an annual budget of $850,000 and a capital projects budget of $525,000.
