Brian Dobbins has extensive experience in applications management and IT consulting, currently serving as Applications Manager for Adams County Government since January 2013. Previously, Brian held the same title at ACS, A Xerox Company for a decade and worked as an IT Consultant as an independent contractor. Prior to these roles, Brian was a Senior Programmer Analyst at Campbell County Wyoming from January 1995 to April 2000. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Wyoming, where education was completed from 1982 to 1987.
