Charles Osterman

Charles Osterman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and asset management. Since June 2005, Charles has played a pivotal role at Adams County Government, serving as Business Solutions Manager and previously as a GIS Analyst and Specialist. Responsibilities have included administering the Cartegraph asset management system and managing a comprehensive geodatabase of storm water infrastructure. Charles's career began at Famous Footwear, where responsibilities as Assistant Manager involved supporting store operations and customer service.
