Cyndi Stringham

Manager Of Planning, Design, And Construction With The Parks Department at Adams County Government

Cyndi Stringham, CCIM, currently serves as the Manager of Planning, Design, and Construction with both the Parks Department and the Facilities Department at Adams County Government since March 2019, following a role as Project Manager. Prior to this, Cyndi held the position of Director of Facilities and Real Estate at Mental Health Partners from November 2015 to March 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing the Facilities team, analyzing program locations, and managing design and construction projects. Cyndi's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Leasing & Marketing at Health Connect Properties, Inc., and roles in property management and operations at Insite Properties Inc., Tekgraf, and Triad Data, Inc. Cyndi holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver.
