David Rausch P.E. is an experienced civil engineering professional currently serving as Infrastructure and Stormwater Manager for Adams County Government since November 2018. In this role, Rausch oversees the operational aspects of projects related to the Stormwater MS4, Stormwater Maintenance, and Infrastructure Divisions, focusing on strategic planning and resource management. Prior to this position, Rausch worked as a Senior Drainage Engineer for Adams County from October 2016 to November 2018, where responsibilities included preparing engineering designs and managing contract bids for Public Works projects. Rausch holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado at Denver, earned between 2000 and 2004.
