Douglas Glenn

Douglas Glenn is an experienced project manager specializing in public health and informatics. Currently serving as the Public Health Enterprise Project Management Office Manager and Informatics Project Manager at Adams County Government since May 2022, Douglas has a diverse background that includes a previous role as IT Sr. Project Manager for Douglas County for a brief period in early 2022. Prior to that, Douglas worked at Tri-County Health Department as Informatics Project Manager from August 2019 to March 2022. Douglas's extensive career began at the County of Ventura, where roles included Public Health IT Manager and IT Operations Manager, among others, spanning nearly two decades.
