Nikki Kimbleton has over 25 years of experience in the communications field. Nikki is currently serving as the Director of Communications for Adams County Government since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Communications/Public Affairs for the City of Jacksonville from 2019 to 2023. Before moving into government roles, Nikki worked as a News Anchor for WJXT-TV Channel 4 News from 2006 to 2019. Nikki also gained experience as a News Anchor for Media General - WNCT in 2005, a News Reporter for WBRC FOX6 News from 1998 to 2004, a News Reporter for WIAT TV from 1996 to 1998, and a News Reporter for WAKA from 1994 to 1996.
Nikki Kimbleton earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Broadcast Journalism from Troy University from 1991 to 1995. Before that, they attended Queens University of Charlotte in 1990-1991, although the degree and field of study are unspecified. Nikki also holds a certification as a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from Prosci, completed in 2023.
