Steph Bates

Steph Bates has an extensive background in finance and operations management, currently serving as an Administrative Coordinator for Finance at Adams County Sheriff's Office since April 2023. Prior to this role, Bates was a Senior Accounting Technician at the same organization from February 2015 to April 2023. Additional experience includes positions as a Patient Account Representative at Professional Finance Company, Inc. and various roles at Viaero Wireless, where Bates excelled as Senior Manager of Supply Chain Operations, managing over $5 million in inventory and training teams on complex systems.
