Adams Electric Cooperative, Inc. is a not for profit electric cooperative providing electric service to over 32,000 members in five counties is south central Pennsylvania, including Adams, Cumberland, Franklin, Perry and York.  Formed in 1940, the cooperative is consumer owned.  The cooperative is headquartered in historic Gettysburg, PA with district offices in Gettysburg, Shippensburg and York.

The Engineering and Technical Services team at Adams Electric Cooperative, Inc. is responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the cooperative's electric service. This includes overseeing electrical and mechanical engineering projects, maintaining cybersecurity, managing information systems, administering vital systems infrastructure, and coordinating with field operations to design and maintain the electric grid. The team works collaboratively to support the technical and engineering needs of the cooperative, ensuring safe and efficient power distribution to over 32,000 members across five counties in south central Pennsylvania.
