James F. Keegan

Jay joined Adams Keegan in May of 1997 and currently serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President of Sales. He is founder and director of The James Group, LLC and Staffline, LLC. Jay served a three-year term as treasurer for the largest YPO chapter in the world. He is also a founding partner of Mempho Music Festival, an annual event that brings chart-topping artists and regional favorites to Memphis. Jay’s civic involvement includes membership in St. Jude Children's Research Hospital's Memphis Club, past director of the Navy League Memphis, and association with New Memphis Institute. Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado and a Master of Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
