Elliott leads Adams Street’s IT support. He focuses on user satisfaction, user education, and technology support. He also contributes to user education, process improvement, and documentation.
Prior to joining the firm, Elliott held several roles within West Monroe Partners, either directly supporting end-user needs or managing a team of technicians responsible for help desk support. Before West Monroe Partners, he worked at Apple Inc. connecting customers with technology solutions for home, work, and school environments.
