Bacha Prasad

Bacha Prasad is a seasoned professional in the mining industry with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Sr. Vice President and Chief of Cluster at Adani Enterprises Limited since November 2021, Bacha Prasad directs the operations of the Singrauli Cluster of mines, overseeing key coal blocks. Prior roles include Vice President and Cluster Head at Adani Enterprises, Assistant Vice President at Essel Mining and Industries Limited, and Head of Operations at Golcha Associated Group. Bacha Prasad also held significant positions at PT. Hardeo Mines, Monnet Ispat & Energy Limited, Federation of Indian Mineral Industries, and The Singareni Collieries Company Limited. Educational qualifications include an Executive PGP in Management with a focus on Strategy and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, an M.Tech in Mine Environment from IIT (Banaras Hindu University), and a B.Tech in Mining Engineering from BIT Sindri.
