Tejas Shah

Tejas Shah is an accomplished finance and auditing professional with over 15 years of experience in internal audit and management audit roles. Currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of Management Audit at Adani Enterprises Limited since September 2006, Tejas is responsible for risk-based audit planning, risk assessment, process validation, and compliance reporting. Prior experience includes a managerial role in finance and accounts at Arvind Mills Limited, where responsibilities encompassed account finalization and financial data management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce, M.Com, LLB, and Chartered Accountant designation, all obtained from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between 1999 and 2002.
