Subrat Kumar Sahu

Subrat Kumar Sahu has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Corporate HR Operations and HRBP-O&M PAN India at Adani Green Energy Ltd. since October 2022. Prior to this role, Subrat held various positions at Vedanta Limited in the Aluminium Business, starting as Assistant Manager Human Resources and progressing to Associate Manager Human Resources from January 2019 to the present. Subrat's career with Vedanta Resources Plc dates back to March 2009, where responsibilities included HR establishment, recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring statutory compliance. Educational qualifications include a PMIR in Human Resources from Kushagra Institute of Information and Management Sciences and an MBA in Human Resources from Sikkim Manipal University.
