Kalpesh Desai

Kalpesh Desai is an experienced operations and project management professional currently serving as Deputy General Manager Operations at AdaniConneX since August 2023. Previously, Kalpesh held the position of Project Portfolio Manager at Optilan from June 2022 to July 2023 and worked for Johnson Controls for nearly a decade, where roles included Program Manager, Project Manager, and Lead System Specialist, contributing to significant projects such as the implementation of a security management system at the New International Airport in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Additional experience includes project management roles at Technocom Networks India Pvt Ltd, Unitech Wireless, Reliance Communications Ltd, Microland Limited, CMS Computers Ltd, XCort Micro Systems, and Pace Computer Consultants. Kalpesh holds a PGDBM in Business Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a BE in Electronics from North Maharashtra University, complemented by a Diploma in Electronics & Communications from the College of Engineering & Technology, Jalgaon.
