Aike Nijland is an experienced quality manager currently leading the Quality and Development department at adapa The Netherlands BV Amersfoort, specializing in premium-quality food package printing since April 2024. Previously, Aike served as Quality Manager at Ducor Petrochemicals BV, overseeing the Quality department of a dynamic polypropylene producer from April 2017 to March 2024, and as Quality Control Manager focused on polypropylene product management within the R&D department. Aike's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Chemistry from École Polytechnique and comprehensive research experience during a Marie Curie Fellowship, alongside a Master's degree from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor's degree from the same institution.
