Arathi Singh (Lisa)

Arathi Singh (Lisa) has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Arathi started their career in 2000 as an Executive in Human Resources at Boda & Gera Software Solutions Private Limited, where they advised and assisted executives with strategic goal achievement, administered personnel records, coordinated orientations and training programs, and recruited software professionals.

In 2002, Arathi joined DQ Entertainment as a Senior Executive in Human Resources. Arathi'sresponsibilities included coordinating with department heads for manpower planning, conducting initial screenings for potential candidates, and evaluating their skills and qualifications.

From 2004 to 2014, Arathi worked at CSC Computer Sciences as a Deputy Manager in Talent Acquisition. Arathi was responsible for end-to-end recruitment, collaborating with delivery heads to understand project requirements, handling manpower planning, and ensuring timely resource onboarding.

Arathi joined Adaequare in 2014 as a Senior Manager in Human Resources, where they managed HR operations and functions.

Since 2017, Arathi has been associated with Adaps. Arathi has held various roles, including Senior Staffing Specialist, Associate Director in Resourcing, and currently, as the Director of Global Resourcing.

Throughout their career, Arathi has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, diversity and inclusion, project management, team building, and leadership. Arathi has also been involved in continuous improvement initiatives and has experience in technical and executive recruitment.

Arathi Singh (Lisa) completed their education in a chronological manner. Arathi first attended Osmania University from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Economics. Following that, they pursued further education at MK University from 1998 to 2001, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources.

In addition to their formal education, Arathi Singh (Lisa) has obtained two additional certifications. In April 2011, they completed a certification in "Negotiation Skills" from Empower India Consultants. Furthermore, in May 2023, Arathi Singh (Lisa) obtained a certification as a Talent Agilist from Calculus.
