Ricky Marsh

Rajesh Reddy, also known as Ricky, has extensive experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Team Lead at Adaps since July 2018. Prior roles include Senior Resourcing Consultant at Screatives for a brief period in 2018 and Sr Talent Acquisition at Magnus Technologies from August 2016 to March 2018. Ricky began the career as a Resource Specialist at RWG America, followed by a position as Resourcing Consultant, and has significant experience as a Senior IT Staffing Executive at Rapid Web Global. Ricky holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics & Communications from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, obtained between 2005 and 2009.
