Abiola Leshi

Abiola Leshi, MBA, is an experienced Human Resources Consultant currently with ADAPT Community Network since February 2020. Responsibilities include managing new hire orientation, conducting background checks, overseeing onboarding processes, and training new employees. Previous roles include providing non-clinical support at COVID-19 testing centers for the New York State Department of Health and Maimonides Medical Center, as well as serving as a Risk Advisor at Lagos State Assurance Plc, where Abiola focused on financial advice and risk management. Abiola began a career as a Personal Assistant with the Nigerian Army, creating examination materials and prescreening applicants. Abiola holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Ilorin.
