Courtney Tharp is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the field of behavior analysis and autism support. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator and Registered Behavior Technician at Adapt for Life, Center for ABA and Autism since August 2021, Courtney previously worked as a Behavioral Therapist at Hopebridge from January 2020 to August 2021, focusing on early intervention for children on the autism spectrum. Prior experience includes a role as a Mental Health Technician at the University of Louisville Peace Hospital from August 2016 to December 2019. Courtney is also pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism studies at Ball State University, building on a Bachelor's degree in Psychology obtained from Bellarmine University in 2016.
