Delfin Rivera Ocp

Delfin Rivera, OCP, currently serves as a Senior Oracle Database Administrator at Adapt Forward, a position held since November 2022. Previously, Delfin held the role of Technical Operations Lead at Imagine Believe Realize, LLC, where responsibilities included managing the My Navy Portal program for the United States Navy. Delfin has extensive experience as a Senior Lead Oracle Database Engineer for both the My Navy Portal and at C4 Planning Solutions for the Department of The Navy’s SPAWAR Systems Command. Additional roles include Senior Oracle Database Administrator at MetroStar Systems and Oracle Database Administrator at Concurrent Technologies Corporation, Flairsoft Ltd, and the US Army, where Delfin developed Financial Management Systems databases for contingency operations. Delfin holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Design from Western Governors University, earned between 2016 and 2019.
