Chris Cook

Chris Cook, CPA MA has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Chris is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at SpaceCo Business Solutions, Inc. since October 2018. Prior to this, Chris held the same role at Quark from April 2015 to October 2018, along with the position of Corporate Controller from July 2009 to April 2015.

Chris also worked as the Director of Accounting and Senior Accounting Manager, Network Expense at Level 3 from July 2007 to June 2009. Before that, Chris served as the Senior Manager, Revenue at Brocade (formerly McData) from November 2004 to July 2007.

Chris'searlier experiences include working as the Corporate Accounting Manager at Percepta (Teletech) from March 2000 to November 2004, and as the Accounting Manager at Century Casino from June 1998 to March 2000.

Chris started their career at Walmart.com in February 1995, working in Internal Audit until June 1998.

Chris Cook, CPA MA, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and International Business from Penn State University in 1994. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado Denver.
