With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Gender Studies from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix, Kathleen brings a strong educational foundation to their current position as Vice President of Program Services at ADAPT of the Hudson Valley.
