Michelle Hordal

Michelle Hordal has a strong background in education and special needs advocacy. Michelle founded AdaptAbilities, an organization that provides programs and services for individuals with special needs. Michelle served as the CEO for AdaptAbilities, focusing on empowering individuals and enhancing their social, physical, mental, and emotional development. Prior to that, they worked for Edmonton Public Schools in various roles, including Physical Education Specialist, Special Education Curriculum specialist, and Early Education Teacher. Michelle also contributed to the development of Alberta's Physical Education Curriculum.

Michelle Hordal completed a Governance Essentials Program certificate from The Institute of Corporate Directors and The University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management in 2023.
