Jari Worsley

Jari Worsley has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jari has held various roles in different companies, primarily in the technology and software industry.

Starting in 1995, Jari worked as a Software Engineer at Softwright Systems Ltd for two and a half years. Jari then joined NatWest Global Financial Markets as a Programmer for six months.

In 1998, they joined Adaptive Solutions Ltd as a Consultant, where they focused on software technology and introduced Java to the company. Jari stayed with the company for a year.

From 1999 to 2003, Jari worked at Hyperlink Interactive, initially as a Senior Developer and then took on the role of Head of Development. Jari managed a team of developers and introduced Java to the company. Jari also worked as an Operations Manager, overseeing ITIL operations and project implementation.

Between 2004 and 2006, Jari worked as a Senior Solutions Architect at Akamai, where they provided professional services and project management for the Northern Europe region.

In 2006, they joined Livestation as the VP Engineering, responsible for delivering international news channels to a global audience.

From 2009 to 2011, Jari served as a Business Systems Manager at Tesco, managing the migration of customers from RBS systems to Tesco Bank infrastructure.

Starting in 2011, Jari worked at Romonet Ltd as the Head of Engineering, where they helped build and improve the software and build an engineering team. The company was later acquired by CBRE in 2019.

Currently, Jari is the Head of Product at Adaptavist, responsible for managing a portfolio of products and leading the teams that manage, deliver, and improve those products. Adaptavist has experienced significant growth and caters to over 30,000 customers and millions of users.

Jari Worsley completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and Biology from the University of Bristol, where they studied from 1990 to 1993. They then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Kent from 1994 to 1995.
