Katy Kelly has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to customer support and operations. Katy started their career as a Pharmacy Technician at Longs Drugs in 1997, where they processed prescriptions, handled customer inquiries, and managed insurance coverage. In 2003, they joined Blue Shield of California as a Senior Clinical Pharmacy Technician, where they analyzed medical data, provided coverage determinations, and collaborated with physicians and patients. In 2010, Katy joined Practice Fusion as a Senior Support Specialist, supporting healthcare providers with their web-based Electronic Medical Record technology. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Gliffy as the Global Lead Customer Support Advocate, helping teams visualize and communicate their ideas. Currently, Katy holds the position of Head of Product Support at Adaptavist, where they oversee product support operations.
