Kshama Joglekar is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Lead at Adaptavist since June 2021, Kshama has previously held positions including Assistant Vice President at Citi and Manager at Cognizant, where proficiency in full stack engineering, Java, React, micro-services, and CI/CD pipeline development was demonstrated.
