Grace Poniatowski

Grace Poniatowski is a Marketing Associate at Adaptec Solutions since July 2022, with previous experience as a Hostess Server at 550 Waterfront Restaurant and as a Bank Teller at Adirondack Trust Company. During time at 550 Waterfront Restaurant, Grace collaborated with a large team to manage high guest volumes and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. At Adirondack Trust Company, responsibilities included processing a variety of bank transactions while fostering client relationships and promoting bank products. Grace began developing customer service skills as a Barista at Uncommon Ground Coffee and Bagels, mastering a diverse menu in a fast-paced setting. Grace holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from SUNY Geneseo, awarded in 2022.
