Lori Anastasi

Lori Anastasi, PHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Adaptec Solutions since November 2020, Lori improves managerial knowledge on human resources processes, oversees organizational change initiatives, and enhances employee relations through innovative onboarding practices. Previously, as an HR Generalist at Carestream, Lori addressed employee inquiries and facilitated investigations. At Century Mold, Lori managed the new hire orientation and benefits administration, while at MKS Instruments, responsibility extended to HR functions for multiple offices across the U.S. Lori began their career as an HR Clerk at Sabin Metal Corp and held an HR Admin position at Milton Roy Company. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Rochester Institute of Technology.
