Tisha L. is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in controls engineering and applications engineering. Currently serving as an Applications Engineer at Adaptec Solutions since February 2022, Tisha previously held roles as a Senior Controls Engineer at ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks and Digitek Corporation, overseeing the maintenance and development of control systems for various manufacturing processes, including laser ablation and automated testing of powertrain components. Additional experience includes roles at Industrial Automation and Atlas Copco, focusing on control system design and implementation. Tisha began the engineering career with a co-op at Herman Miller, developing a solid foundation in automated control systems.
