María Roncal Salcedo

Mariana Aguirre is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in the fields of nutrition, compliance, and entrepreneurship. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held a compliance assistance position at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. From February 2016 to 2019, Mariana worked as a nutritionist at a private practice and taught applied mathematics and food history at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
