Alayna Slifer

Alayna Slifer is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and revenue operations. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Accountant at AdaptHealth since November 2025, Alayna has previously held key positions at Playfly Sports, including Manager of Revenue Operations and Senior Accounting Analyst. Prior to Playfly Sports, Alayna worked at DLP Real Estate Capital as a Senior Property Accountant and Property Accountant, and began her career at the Haas Center for the Performing Arts as a Box Office Assistant. Alayna also gained valuable experience as an Accounting Intern at Enterprise Holdings. Alayna holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minor in Economics and a Master's degree in Business Administration, both from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg.
