Bally Panesar

Bally Panesar is an experienced professional in clinical planning and supplier governance, currently serving as the Head of Clinical Planning and Supplier Governance at Adaptimmune since February 2022. Prior to this role, Bally held significant positions at Celgene, including Senior Director, Global Sourcing Head, and Director of Portfolio Sourcing and Relationship Management from January 2017 to June 2021. Bally also has a background in outsourcing and procurement management from Daiichi Sankyo Development Ltd. as Associate Director and extensive experience at AstraZeneca as Senior Clinical Outsourcing Manager and Category Leader. Bally began a career in business development at Quintiles and holds a PhD and MSc from The Manchester Metropolitan University and degrees from Cardiff University.
