Stephanie Martin

Stephanie Martin, MBA, serves as the Director of Quality Assurance and Product Quality Lead at Adaptimmune, overseeing external operations related to quality assurance, quality control, quality management systems, and GMP compliance for drug products. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of Associate Director of Supplier and Product Quality at TCR² Therapeutics Inc., where responsibilities were continued as part of Adaptimmune. Additional experience includes roles at Cytrellis Biosystems, LifeNet Health, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, and International Paper, with a strong focus on quality management, engineering, and process improvement. Stephanie has received the Bill Anderson Innovation & Excellence Award twice for leading LEAN projects that achieved significant cost savings. Stephanie holds an MBA from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mississippi.
