Alex Hannah

Alex Hannah is a data scientist at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. since August 2020, with extensive experience in materials chemistry and imaging technologies. At the University of Texas at Austin, Alex has held multiple roles including graduate student, postdoctoral research associate, and teaching assistant, focusing on the development of nanoparticle contrast agents for ultrasound and photoacoustic imaging. Previous positions include pre-clinical systems engineer at EKOS Corporation and research & development systems engineer at Boston Scientific, supplemented by a postdoctoral fellowship at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Alex holds a PhD in Imaging Science from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
