Linnea Steinhorst

Linnea Steinhorst has extensive experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as Associate Director of People Operations & Systems at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. since March 2022, after previously holding the position of Senior Manager, HR Operations and Systems. Prior to this, Linnea spent over a decade at Seattle Children's as Manager of Workforce Systems, Data, and Analytics. Linnea's career includes significant roles at Washington Mutual, where responsibilities encompassed HRIS QA/Testing Manager and Analyst, as well as Benefits Operations Supervisor. Earlier experiences include managing payroll and benefits operations at Tufts University and the University Book Store. Linnea holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting from the University of Washington.
