Nick Fletcher

Nick Fletcher has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as a Construction Laborer for Steve Gregory Concrete. Nick then worked as an Office Manager, Sales & Repair at Gone Diving, LLC while attending WWU. In 2010, they served as a Campaign Manager for the Al Jensen Campaign. From 2011 to 2013, they held various roles at Barlean's Organic Oils, including Bulk, International & Private Label Coordinator and Bottling Operator/Production Technician. Nick later joined Jackson Healthcare in 2013, where they worked as a Sourcer, Market Development Associate, Business Development Manager, and Partnership Executive. In 2017, Nick became the Director of Strategic Key Accounts at Jackson Healthcare. Nick then transitioned to Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp., where they held roles such as Senior Recruiter, Manager of Recruitment Operations, Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations, Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, and currently serves as Director of Talent Acquisition.

Nick Fletcher attended Western Washington University from 2002 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. In 2017, they obtained a certification in HI-FIVE: Health Informatics For Innovation, Value & Enrichment (Administrative/IT Perspective) from Coursera.
