Carlos Garcia

Carlos Garcia currently serves as the Occupational Achievement and Outreach Coordinator at Adaptive Construction Solutions since August 2016, and as a Program Coordinator at Mental Health America of Greater Houston since January 2015, focusing on veteran outreach and support. Previous experience includes roles at JCPenney as a Loss Prevention Specialist and Trainer, achieving a significant reduction in store shrinkage, and at Sears Holdings Corporation in a similar capacity. Carlos also has experience as a Site Supervisor at ABM Security, where supervision of security personnel and implementation of safety protocols were key responsibilities.
