Jessica Fariñas

Jessica Fariñas has a diverse work experience in the field of Quality Assurance. Jessica is currently serving as the Head of Quality Assurance at Adaptive Financial Consulting. Prior to this role, they worked at the same company as a QA Lead, where they participated in client-facing projects and gained experience in commodities trading platforms, trade capture applications, and finance data providers. Before joining Adaptive Financial Consulting, Jessica worked at GFT Group as a QA Coordinator, managing QA activities for a Deutsche Bank project. Jessica also worked at GFT as a QA Analyst, where they were responsible for test design and execution using ALM and Jira. Jessica's earlier experience includes working at Synergy-GB as a Quality Assurance Lead, where they designed and built the QA process within the company and adapted agile project methodology. Jessica also worked as a Project Engineer, focusing on the design and development of web tools. Prior to Synergy-GB, Jessica worked at Indra as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where they analyzed software products and conducted test planning and execution. Jessica also worked as a Junior Programmer Analyst during their time at Indra.

Jessica Fariñas holds a Master of International Business degree from EAE Business School, which they obtained in 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Engineering degree in Computer Science at Universidad Simón Bolívar from 2005 to 2010. Jessica received their High School diploma with a Science Degree from U.E. Instituto Escuela, where they studied from 1990 to 2005. Additionally, Jessica obtained the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification from HASTQB in 2013.
